Administrative assistant in Quantum Technology

Job description

The Nonlinear Quantum Photonics group is looking for Masters students to assist with project management in the National Quantum Communication Infrastructure in Sweden project. The successful students will work closely with PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and senior researchers. Tasks will include assisting in maintenance of web pages, outreach activities, report writing, graphic content generation.

You will work in the Nonlinear and Quantum Photonics group at KTH AlbaNova, leading experiments on quantum photonic devices and systems for information and communication technologies. The position is supported by the EuroQCI National Quantum Communication Infrastructure in Sweden (NQCIS) and the Wallenberg Center for Quantum Technology (WACQT), a 12 years’ initiative with the purpose of advancing Swedish academia and industry to the forefront of quantum technology.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • You should be admitted to second-level cycle education at a Swedish university 
  • Good ability to communicate in written and spoken English as this is required in day-to-day work

Preferred qualifications

  • Student at KTH
  • A Masters student enrolled in Quantum Technology program or with knowledge of Quantum Physics.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
