Amanuensis positions for the division of Energy System (at the department of Energy technology)

Job description

You will be a course assistant in the course MJ2508 Energy Systems for Sustainable Development during the fall semester 2024.  Supervision of laboratory work using the OSeMOSYS tool, which involves guiding students in their use of the tool, helping them build reference systems and create scenarios, as well as troubleshooting. 

We are therefore looking for students who have good knowledge of linear optimization of energy systems with the tool OSeMOSYS

Qualifications

Requirements

• You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education at a  Swedish university 
• Sufficient knowledge in the field of Energy Systems for Sustainable Development
• completed one of the courses MJ2381 or MJ2380
• Fluent in speaking and written English, as the language is used in daily work

Preferred qualifications

• Student at KTH
• Admitted to the Master's program Sustainable Energy Technology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of linear optimization of energy systems with the tool OSeMOSYS
• As a person you are structured and able to take own initiatives

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
