On this page, you can track the course's development over time. Once the course analysis is published, data for each course offering is displayed, including the number of registered students, course results, and planned improvements for the next session. All course syllabuses and course memos are shown on the page Archive.

The information can help prospective, current, and former students with course selection, or to follow up on their own participation. Teachers, course coordinators, examiners, program directors, and others can use the page as a resource for course development.

Efforts will be made to identify potential project work well ahead of the course. This will facilitate for students as there has been difficulties finding project works and also hopefully improve the relevance of the project works. For the coming years, instructions about the project work will be further developed in order to achieve a more even distribution of the work between students. The reason for the recorded lectures will be explained more thoroughly. In a few recorded videos, there are disturbing sounds. These videos have or shall be revised to remove those disturbing sounds. The instructions for the measurement lab will be improved and describe how to measure in more detail.

 The benefits with recorded lectures are now presented at the beginning of the course. Those students who want to will be able to look at recorded lectures before the scheduled lectures.  The length of the examination has been reduced to the previous length.  We have introduced a short lecture as a preparation of the exam, pointing at aspects, which we have seen have been missed out in previous exams in this course. (The students doing the re-examination were offered a similar lecture/discussion as a preparation for the re-examination, all students passed the re-examination and two students increased their grades to A).  At the beginning of the course, the students are now asked to inform as soon as possible if there are difficulties in finding a suitable project work, in order to avoid unnecessary stress at the end of the period.  The instructions for the measurement lab has been improved and describe how to measure in more detail.  To reduce the students workload during the first weeks, information has been added about the course literature. The schedule should not be interpreted as detailed instructions requiring students to read everything the first weeks.
