NEMS and Nanosystems

Nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS) and nanosystems are devices with nanoscale features in at least one dimension. At the division of Micro and Nanosystems we are working with different types of graphene-based NEMS sensors, NEMS sensors for biomolecule detection, nanostructures structures made of biological materials such as DNA and silk, and biohybrid nanostructuring of polymers.

Current research topics

DNA-based nanowires
Spider silk nanowires
OSTE reactive e-beam resist
