About Female Leader Engineer:
“The Female Leader Engineer program identifies newly graduated female engineers with potential for leadership roles in the future. The program aims to develop all participants and also serves as a unique meeting place between young women and Swedish industry. The program also serves as a selection process to nominate this year's Female Leader Engineer, and the winner receives a tailor-made trainee program at three industrial companies."
