The new Atom Probe Tomography is now in use

Atom Probe Tomography is relatively new measurement technique, with instruments not yet being common to most characterisation laboratories. The Hultgren Laboratory is therefore particularly pleased that our new Atom Probe Tomography (APT) instrument has been commissioned, along with training of the first users.
