There are courses both within real estate economics and construction management, but observe that the subjects belongs to two different faculties, and it is not possible to mix courses between the two faculties.

School of Engineering Sciences in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Health (CBH)
Agreement: Specific CBH - 4 semester places per academic year in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Medical Engineering
It´s possible to study on both Bachelor and Master level at TU Delft.
There are two full year spots (or 4 semesters) avalible only for EECS-students within Information Technology.
There is also one full year spot (or 2 semesters) avalible only for EECS-students within Electricity and Energy Electronics and Automation.
At least 70% of the courses must be taken at their Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science.
The SCI school has its own spots within mathematics, physics and aerospace.
Aerospace
Places: 2 full-year (4 semesters)
Grade requirements: none
Nomination rating: 3.7 last academic year.
There is an Aerospace programme that is given entirely in English. The department requires that exchange students take at least 70% of the courses in the aerospace department. The university has courses matching all of the tracks in aerospace except the system track. However, it is best to focus on conditionally elective or elective courses. The courses have few points, so you have to read many courses at the same time to reach 30 ECTS/ hp. It is recommended to go during the spring semester of the first year.
Physics
Places: 2 semester / physics
Grade requirements: none
Nomination points: 3.2 last academic year.
There is a physics programme in applied physics. The language of instruction is English. The department requires that exchange students take at least 70% of the courses within the physics department.
Mathematics
4 semesters in math. 70% of the courses should come from their faculty of mathematics.
Naval Architecture
Places: 4 semester places
The courses have few points, so you must read many courses simultaneously to get up to 30 ECTS/hp. It is recommended to go in the spring during the first year of the master's, alternatively in the autumn of the second year of the master's.
