Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) is a leading university in technology, science and health. The university is located in Grenoble, with proximity to beautiful nature and the Alps. It is the third largest university in France with approximately 45,000 students and over 3,000 researchers. UGA is the result of the merge of three universities in 2016: Université Joseph-Fourier (Grenoble-I), Université Pierre-Mendès-France (Grenoble-II) and Université Stendhal (Grenoble-III). UGA also collaborates closely with INP Grenoble.
