Photo requirements when applying for exchange studies

When uploading a photograph in MobilityOnline when you apply for exchange studies, these following requirements must be followed.

Photo requirements

  • Your photo must be a clear image.
  • You must use a portrait photo, not landscape.
  • You must be facing the camera.

Format and size

  • You can upload a JPEG, PNG or GIF image file.
  • The maximum file size is 2 MB.
  • Maximum photo size: 373 x 480 pixels.
