Each year, we invite our new students to attend a Welcome ceremony at Stockholm City Hall. The ceremony is held in the Blue Hall, which is best known as the banquet hall for the annual Nobel Banquet. The 2026 Welcome ceremony will take place 23 August.

In August, we will send personal invites for the Welcome ceremony to the email address you used to apply to KTH. This event is free and open exclusively to newly admitted students. Due to limited ticket availability, it is not possible to bring family or friends for this event.
