Malvinas väg consists of three apartment buildings located on KTH main campus. The buildings offers mainly single studio apartments but also some larger studio apartments suitable for couples.
Accommodation offered at Malvinas väg
Malvinas väg offers studio apartments with a private kitchen/kitchenette and bathroom. The majority of the apartments are single studio apartments of 20 m². There are also a few larger studios of 25-30 m² suitable for couples. The rooms are furnished with one single bed per tenant, a table/desk and chairs. One mattress per room is standard.

Rent prices are annually adjusted by the landlords, and as a result, KTH adjusts the rents accordingly. During 2025 the increase is expected to be 6-10% divided on several occassions. The first adjustment is planned for January 1st 2025.
