- Think carefully about the caller’s voice, any distinctive features etcetera.
- Do not interrupt.
- Write down as many details as possible about the call.
- Keep the conversation going.
- Does the caller mention any names or locations?

- What was the exact wording of the threat?
- Are any demands being made?
- Where is the bomb located?
- When will the bomb explode?
- Did the caller plant the bomb themselves?
