In a series of three lunch seminars different dimensions of Swedish work place culture will be presented.

At the first occasion aspects like ”How do I express my point of view” and ”How are decisions taken” in a consensus society, will be discussed. And what about all these meetings? Are they really necessary and could we perhaps achieve more efficient meetings somehow?

The seminars will be held by Sofi Granberg, language teacher and intercultural coach since 2005. One occurent mission has been the KTH programme addressing international post-docs: The Swedish language and Swedish work culture. Within said programme Sofi offers workshops on the topic ”The Swedish language, society and work life”.

During the autumn of 2022 two more seminars will follow: Dates to be confirmed.

2. Codes of conduct in the workplace: what is expected from you as an employee.

3. Rights and obligations in the workplace.
