You will find your contract in the booking system Mobility Online . There you can also see the address to your accommodation. 

Getting the key

When and how you get access to your accommodation

You are welcome to KTH Entré where you will receive keys, your copy of the contract and information about your accommodation. On the 1^sth of each month (or the next coming work day) KTH Accommodation staff is present at the KTH Entré desk to give new tenants keys, contract and can answer questions related to housing. Ordinary key-pick up hours are 13.00-16.00, during summer the hours are 12.00-14.00.

KTH Entré is located on KTH main campus, Drottning Kristinas väg 4.

You are welcome to KTH Entré during opening hours to collect your key, pick up pre-ordered bedding and linen, sign your contract and collect missing kitchenware. Contact Accommodation@kth.se before your visit and you will get faster assistance with your errand.

Please notice that keys are only being handed out during KTH Entré opening hours and to the contract holder in person. It is up to you to plan your arrival in accordance with the opening hours, and if that is not possible you are welcome to collect the keys the next day. Remember to bring your photo identification, e.g. your passport. Without an ID, you cannot collect your keys.

Date for key pick up

The date for earliest possible key pick up depends on if the month starts on a regular workday or not, please check the table carefully.

Purchasing a bedding kit

Bedding and linen are not included in the rent. Either you tick in the box " I wish to purchase a bedding kit" in the registration form or you just tell us, when collect the key, and you can get it straight at the counter. A set is 700 SEK and consist a duvet, a pillow, a bottom sheet, a duvet cover and a pillow cover. The set is yours to keep, we do not want it in return. We will not leave a set in the apartment for you, you need to collect it yourself.

Sending yourself packages before arriving

Your name will not be on your mailbox until move-in day, so if you would like to send yourself something, we suggest asking friends or family to send it after your arrival here. The post will not be able to deliver packages without the correct name on the door. Please note that most packages are not delivered directly to your building. You will get a slip of paper in the post telling you when and where you can pick it up. KTH Relocation is not able to accept packages on your behalf before your arrival.

Problems when moving in

If your apartment is not cleaned or something is malfunctioning when you move in, please fill out the form for fault reports  and contact Accommodation@kth.se right away.

If you are missing items in the kitchen, please email Accommodation@kth.se and write down what you are missing.
