Vernissage: From Trees to Technology – Exploring Forest-Based Materials

Trees play a crucial role in a time of urgent need for a green transition. Forest-based materials have the potential not only to replace fossil products but also to drive innovation across most technological fields. This will be showcased in a new exhibition at KTH Library.
The exhibition will be inaugurated with a vernissage on September 19 from 16:00 to 17:00 in the Entrance Hall of KTH Library.
Our keynote speakers are:
- Mikael Lindström, Vice President and Professor of Pulp Technology, KTH.
- Eva Malmström Jonsson, Director of the Wallenberg Wood Science Center and Professor of Surface Coating Technology, KTH.
- Maria Haglund, Chief Librarian, KTH Library.
The opening will be held in Swedish.
