Lecture on Integrated Assessment at the ISES 2017

The International School on Energy Systems (ISES 2017)  hosted by Forschungszentrum Jülich , September 3rd-8th is designed for young researchers and young professionals in the fields of energy economics, energy technologies, political and social science and related disciplines who are interested to discuss the transformation of energy systems and gain interdisciplinary insight. The goal of the school is to develop a deeper understanding of the challenges which concern today´s and future energy systems as well as the necessity to manage transformation processes towards sustainability. On the 2nd day of the school,  (Head of dESA) delivered a lecture on Integrated Assessment. The lecture gave insights into the feasibility of and the need for transparent, multi-scale modelling of integrated Climate, Land, Energy and Water systems (CLEWs).
