CLEWs Framework as part of a PhD course

KTH-dESA was invited to give a one day lecture on the CLEWs framework, as part of a PhD course on Resource Management & Planning within Sustainable Development , organized by the Department of Energy at Politecnico di Milano, Italy . The lecture, given by KTH-dESA researcher, , focused on the nexus between climate, land, energy and water resources and the fundamental principles of the CLEWs framework. Relevant case studies including the CLEWs assessment of Mauritius  were explained to the participants and they were guided through a quick hands-on session, to get a better understanding of the inter-linkages between different resource sectors and their impact on policy development.
