Master studio exhibition 1-11 June
Urbanism and Landscape: Mass and Water
How can millions of tons of stone generated during the expansion of Stockholm’s subway be the catalyst for a new resilient city of the twenty-first century?
The master’s studio Urbanism & Landscape at KTH, School of Architecture imagines the
stone as a resource when dealing with challenges relating to climate change and the
rapid growth of Stockholm. A strategic plan suggests how Stockholm’s blue wedges
can be transformed. Industrial sites give way to neighborhoods on water and nonhuman
actors moves into the city again.
Exhibition to be seen 1-11 June at Tekniska Nämndhuset, Fleminggatan 4.
Open Monday-Friday 7.30-16.45
