Real-Time Simulation Lab
The real-time simulation equipment consists of the Opal-RT general purpose simulation system allowing Matlab Simulink models to be executed in real-time.
The input/output interfaces allow hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) testing of automation and control systems as well as co-simulation with other simulation environments. Due to the general purpose nature of the Simulink system the simulator is suitable for HiL testing for various, machine, drive, automation and vehicular applications.
Equipment and instrumentation
Opal-RT real-time simulation system with analog and digital input/output interfaces. Megger relay testing amplifiers, multi-vendor protection relay rack.
