Hello everybody and welcome to today’s post! Monday was the last day to submit your application to KTH – and I would like to congratulate with all of you who sent the application to KTH. Congrats, and good luck! Today, we will discuss what’s going to happen in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned and keep reading!
Documents Upload Deadline
You now have time until February 1 to pay the application fee (if you are a non-EU student) and submit all the documents relevant to your application to University Admissions. As I discussed in this FAQ about application post, you are required to submit only the documents that you find in the entry requirements page of the programmes of your interest. If you upload documents which are not explicitly required there, they will not be evaluated.
Also, don’t forget that if you are in your last year of bachelor studies and do not have your diploma yet, you can still apply. You can simply upload your most updated transcript of records, and then you’ll have plenty of time to upload your Bachelor diploma as well.
If you have any doubts concerning the next steps to take in your application journey, feel free to contact KTH or leave a comment here on the blog!
Application Results Announcement
The application results will come out on March 21. You may receive your results slightly earlier than that, but most of you will get an email from University Admission exactly on March 21. It’s a long wait! But hey, just do your best to deliver the documents by February 1, and then just relax. You did great, and you took an important step towards your future – regardless of the application result! You should be happy and proud of yourself 😀
Also, if you are looking for a scholarship opportunity, don’t forget that on February 12 the application for the SI scholarship opens!
That is all for today. Again, congratulations to all of you! I hope to see you soon in beautiful Sweden. In the next month, we will guide you through your first steps towards moving here, and we will also focus more on what it means to write a thesis at KTH and will uncover KTH connections to the industry. I am sure you will be amazed by the many opportunities that you can seize here!
In this regard, I suggest you to check out Sam’s last post on what she spends in a month in Stockholm, as well as Sai’s post on top Winter activities for students!
I’ll see you next week!
