Intended learning outcomes
When the course is satisfactorily completed the student is expected to be able to:
- Apply traditional and advanced real estate valuation methods för various types of real estate properties.
- Describe and analyze challenges and limitations associated with gathering, interpreting, and utilizing real estate market data.
- Explain and analyze changes in market conditions for real estate valuation services.
- Identify different valuation standards and explain the significance of transparency and sustainability considerations in property valuation procedures and practices.
