About me
I am Associate Professor and Docent in Conceptual Vehicle Design at KTH. My research work focuses on the development of methodologies to address functional conflicts in vehicle design in a holistic way. This includes both developing methods that build on my background in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, and combining these with approaches from other areas in a multi-disciplinary approach to create the broader framework necessary to solve the larger challenges of vehicle design. I also teach and supervise students in these areas, and strive to build a synergetic connection between my research and pedagogical activities. I am head of the Conceptual Vehicle Design group at the KTH Engineering Mechanics and Director of the Centre for ECO2 Vehicle Design.
